Hot Tapping Tools
The NAVAL hot tapping tool was designed for the subsequent connection of pipes to an existing pipe network
under full operating pressure without interrupting the supply to existing consumers.
The result is considerable savings in time, costs and resources for network operators.
When hot tapping, the existing pipeline is drilled during operation with the aid of the hot tapping tool
through a hot tapping ball valve welded on in advance, thus creating the new outlet.
Of course, all equipment and processes used have the necessary approvals.
Our hot tapping process is regularly tested and certified by recognized experts in accordance with AGFW guidelines.
The hot tapping tool itself has a TÜV component mark.
The NAVAL hot tapping tool from our Finnish partner Vexve
can only be used in conjunction with the matching hot tapping ball valves.
We also offer a wide range of high-quality extension and spare parts for NAVAL hot tapping tools,
with which the drilling process can be carried out safely and efficiently and which ensure a long service life for the equipment used.

Applications hot tapping tool
- uncomplicated expansion of pipe networks by creating new connections under pressure and temperature without interrupting the supply or draining the system (see also hot tapping ball valves)
- preparation of a piping system for future connections (see also branching ball valves)

- suitable for all non-aggressive media, such as district heating or cooling water, oil and compressed air
