Fully welded Ball Valves
We supply fully welded ball valves up to DN 800 for district heating and cooling supply with special applications (e.g. hot tapping equipment) industrial and plant engineering, apparatus and pipeline construction.
What are Fully welded Ball Valves?
With fully welded ball valves (often also referred to as 1-piece ball valves), the body parts are not bolted together - as is common with other valves - but are completely welded into one unit to ensure a permanent seal.
This robust design results in decisive advantages, such as a minimized risk of leaks and failures, a long service life and the elimination of time-consuming and cost-intensive maintenance work.
Fully welded ball valves are able to withstand high pressure and high temperatures. Thanks to their maintenance-free properties, they are also particularly suitable for use in demanding environments that are difficult to access or maintain. This makes fully welded ball valves a stable and reliable solution for shutting off and regulating liquids and gases in industrial applications.
The use of ball valves offers several advantages, including very good flow rates, absolute tightness, easy handling and maintenance and high resistance to wear and corrosion. They are also cost-effective and have a long service life.
