Stainless Steel Ball Valves


The Vexve stainless steel ball valve (type NAVAL) was designed for systems in which special media place high demands on corrosion resistance.
The stainless steel ball valves is characterised by high physiological safety and reliability as well as a long service life, making it the ideal solution for critical applications.

Vexve stainless steel ball valves can be used in a variety of process control applications, such as heating and cooling systems
and are particularly suitable for the pulp and paper industry or the chemical and petrochemical industry.

  • constructed for many different applications, particularly suitable for different water qualities and various chemicals, such as ethanol, methanol, glycol, freezium, etc.
  • can be used in open or closed heating and cooling systems

Construction stainless steel ball valve

  • fully welded steel body in compact design
  • stainless steel floating ball with spring-loaded, graphite-reinforced PTFE ball seals
  • blow-out safe spindle made of stainless steel with triple sealing (two FPM/NBR O-rings + graphite-reinforced PTFE pressure ring)
  • incl. hand lever or manual gear with 90° open/close stop
