Vexve X-Series

The new Vexve X-Series has been developed for optimal shut-off and regulation of both remote energy networks and heating and cooling networks in buildings. The new product range will replace almost all existing valves in the DN 10-50 size class. The complete range of valves includes shut-off and line regulating valves made of steel and stainless steel with the most common connection types.

Vexve's new X-Series is the result of ongoing development and product evolution. Compared to the previous standard ball valves, the tightness in the passage has been improved again with a simultaneous reduction of the actuating torque and better flow values. Of course, all ball valves of the X-series have leakage rate A (according to EN 12266-1).

A real innovation is the new hand lever made of high-quality composite materials, which can be removed and mounted without tools. The hand lever is at the same time also a spindle extension and thus facilitates the insulation of the ball valve. On the top of the hand lever - and thus outside the insulation - are all the important product features of the ball valve. All product-related information can be easily found via the included QR code.

The entire product range is manufactured in Finland from high-quality European materials to the highest quality standards.

During the development of the X-series, special emphasis was placed on user-friendliness, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. Thanks to the new composite structure and handle, the product's carbon footprint has been reduced by an average of 9%.

The X-Series valves are maintenance-free and designed for the entire life cycle of the network.
